About the work
Designing interactive experiences that connect physical space and digital systems
Feature description:
This project is an interactive installation built around a miniature bedroom. Visitors can arrange small furniture pieces in any way they like. An overhead camera captures the final layout, and a lightweight computer vision model analyzes how everything is placed. The system then generates a short personality-style description based on the arrangement.

MORE DETAILS
The installation is presented on a table. A laser-cut and 3D-printed miniature bedroom sits at the center. Visitors walk up, rearrange the furniture pieces freely inside the room, then step back. An overhead webcam clipped to a MacBook Pro captures the layout and sends it directly to a Python program running on the laptop. The system analyzes object positions and orientations using a YOLO-based model, then generates a personality reading that appears on the MacBook Pro screen next to the installation.
